do i need 8b of ram to run bo2 plutonium cheat?

the vanilla game's recommended requirement is 4gb.

I think 4gb should be enough, but it won't be a smooth experience.

Ram shouldn't matter as long as you can run the game you should be fine . Cheat doesn't give me less fps at least that I notice but I also have a baller pc
