1. General

The providers (“we”, “us”, “our”) of the service provided by this web site (“Service”) are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted expresses the views of its author only.

This Service is only available to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are younger than this, please do not register for this Service. If you register for this Service, you represent that you are this age or older.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you wish to close your account, please contact us. By buying our software you accept the T.O.S and by registering on the Forum you accept the General Forum Rules below.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

2. User Content

All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service (“Content”) may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content or your conduct.

We may remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion.

You are granting us a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over the Content.

3. Usage of Amibot in Online Content

License Grant: By accepting these Terms of Service, the user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Amibot software in their online content, including but not limited to videos, live streams, and screenshots. This license is granted solely for the purpose of demonstrating, reviewing, or showcasing the software, provided that the user complies with all other terms and conditions of this agreement.

Attribution: When using Amibot in online content, the user must visibly and clearly attribute the software to Amibot, the original creator and copyright holder. The attribution must include a link to the Amibot official website or the location where the software can be legally obtained.

Copyright Ownership: The user acknowledges and agrees that Amibot retains all rights to the Amibot software, including but not limited to its source code, design, graphics, and any associated intellectual property. The user is not permitted to claim ownership or exclusive rights over any content created using Amibot, nor can they transfer, sublicense, or otherwise grant rights to any third party without the express written consent of Amibot.

Reporting Infringement: If the user becomes aware of any unauthorized use, distribution, or display of Amibot software or any content created using the software, they must promptly notify Amibot by providing detailed information about the alleged infringement.

Termination of License: Amibot reserves the right to terminate the user’s license to use Amibot in their online content if they are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws. In the event of license termination, the user must immediately remove any content containing Amibot from all online platforms and cease any further use of the software in their content.

4. Refund Policy & Licences

At Amibot.io, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Please take a moment to review our refund policy regarding our virtual products and services.

All items available on our platform are virtual and non-refundable. These items include non-transferable subscriptions for our forum, as well as our private software. Once you have accessed and utilized these resources, you have received the full value of your purchase, and therefore, will not be eligible for any replacement, refund, credit, or the ability to transfer your license key to another individual.

Payments made for our services are non-refundable and billed in advance. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial or non-usage of the provided services. However, we reserve the right to cancel, discontinue, or terminate the provided service at any time without providing a reason, or in the event of a breach of these terms.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly explore and evaluate our offerings before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Users that initiate a chargeback are locked out and cannot use or buy the Software anymore.

5. Account Termination & Deactivation

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. We reserve the right to deactivate or delete an account for the following reasons:

  • Sharing of an account — if an account is shared between multiple computers and these computers are not regarded as replacements or upgrades by Amibot.
  • Refund or chargeback — if we provide you with a refund, your payment is flagged as unauthorised by your payment service, or a product dispute is placed.
  • Misuse of an account — if it is deemed that you have tampered with our software, or have tried to use it for purposes for which it was not intended.
  • Abuse or misconduct — if you are abusive or do not conduct yourself as we deem appropriate.
  • Working for an opposing entity — if you work for an anti-cheat company, or an entity that works against Amibot in any way.
  • Reversing — reversing or interfering in any other way with the cheats or the loader.
  • Advertising other software — users advertising other software on the Forum or Discord will be banned and locked indefinitely.

General Forum Rules

  1. No posting of pornographic material, warez, sharez, public cheats, key generators, cracks or any other .exe or .dll.
  2. Use the search feature before creating new threads about a problem or issue. Search several keywords regarding your issue — 99% of all questions asked have been answered before.
  3. Read the FAQs and Stickies posted in the appropriate forum.
  4. Old threads (over a month old) should not be dug up and are not to be posted in.
  5. No abusive or racist comments to any member on the forum. Flaming other hack sites is not allowed either.
  6. Hardware resets are dealt with in the Hardware Reset thread.
  7. Do not abuse the reporting system.
  8. No advertising other hacks or hack sites.
  9. Post in the correct section of the forum (e.g. CoD4x-related posts belong in the CoD4x section).
  10. Do not hijack threads — stay on topic.
  11. Do not beg for features.
  12. Before reporting a ban on the forums, be sure it is caused by Amibot. If not, report in the correct thread.
  13. When posting feedback, post constructive feedback. “The hack sucks” or “support is terrible” is not feedback — it is seen as flaming.
  14. VIP members must not post threads in the Public section regarding private questions, information, or features. This constitutes leaking private info.
  15. Do not take screenshots of our forum and publish them on other forums. This will result in a permanent ban.
  16. No sharing accounts, no selling accounts. Users who allow others to log in to their account will have that account terminated. One account is tied to one PC — no free resets for users who log in on a completely new PC.
  17. No ad spamming, monetization links, or links that may harm other users or attempt to gather user information.
  18. No selling anything unless approved by staff.
  19. No PM’ing staff unless it is for payment-related issues. Support for private cheats is to be kept on the private forum only unless explicit permission is given. The same applies to Discord — no pings, no PM’s unless asked to do so.
  20. The Discord group is for chatting and gaming, not for cheat support or feature requests unless explicitly allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Infraction System — “3 Strikes And You’re (Temporarily) Out”

The above rules are made for the benefit of staff, moderators, and every member of the forums. We operate a warning system using the in-built infraction system:

  • Each infraction carries a set amount of warning points. Once you reach 15 points you are banned for 5 days.
  • Depending on which rule you break, your points will last anywhere between 1 week and 1 month.
  • Creating new accounts will only extend your ban further.
  • If you return after the ban period and continue breaking rules, we may be forced to permanently ban you.

Whenever you are banned from the forums you will not be able to use the software.

The Moderators and Staff reserve the right to permanently ban any member they choose at any given time.

How to Post & Be Loved

Topic Titles: Make sure your topic title is descriptive but concise. It should reflect what your topic is about. Titles like “HEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!” mean nothing to anyone. Include game titles, names, and version numbers where applicable.

Provide Details: Whether you are requesting help or submitting information, include as much detail as you can. Supply details when you initially post — don’t sit back and wait for someone to ask.

Avoid Over-Abbreviating: Try not to overuse abbreviations in your posts.

Take Your Time: Do not leave more than one reply in a thread within a short time. Preview your post before submitting, or edit it afterward. Multiple rapid replies can lead to an infraction.

Manners: “Please” and “thank you” go a long way. You are asking real people for help — be courteous and patient.

Do Not Overuse Caps: Using all caps does not get you preferential treatment. It is considered rude and is harder to read.

No Bumping: A bump is any post intended to move a thread to the top of the forum. Filling the forum with bumps will result in warnings and possible infractions.
