Yes it will be updated to the latest cod4x version, once it will be forced to be on latest client.

It won't be undetected on FPS and our main COD4X never has been advertised as it's being undetected on FPS challenge. It's meant for public servers.

We used to offer invite-only s0nar (no visuals. just beeps), but it's disabled and we dont offer it anymore for security reasons.

codehook isn't advertised as being safe for fps challenge idk why you even tried to run it like that.

That's a shame I'm a bit surprised because you're making a really advanced and well-designed cheat with many features for public servers, where there are barely any players left.

Your offer says:

But public servers generally don't take screenshots. That's something anti-cheats like FPS AC do.

So does that mean there currently isn't, and won't be, any cheat for COD4x that can protect against anti-cheat systems? I would think there would be much greater interest in that than in something aimed at public servers. Same for COD2.

Even before cod4x was a thing, Punkbuster used to have screenshot functionality on the official game. In cod4x it's an improved, built-in feature by now.
